ROP Certification Services
All commercial properties in Oman are required to hold a valid ROP (Royal Oman Police) fire safety certificate issued by the Civil Defense Directorate. DVTS manages the complete certification process on your behalf — both new applications and renewals.

- Copy of Commercial Registration
- Copy of Oman Chamber of Commerce membership certificate
- Copy from recognized international technical laboratories (authenticated)
- Copy of Building Consultant Drawing
ROP Certificate Renewal — Documents Required
- Copy of Oman Chamber of Commerce membership certificate
- Copy from recognized international technical laboratories (authenticated)
- Copy of Laborer Card
- Copy of Commercial Registration
- Copy of Approved Layout
After successful testing and inspection by a Civil Defense Inspector from the Sultanate of Oman, the new or renewal certification is awarded to the client premises by DVTS.
